A. Many builders search for the lowest bid on every new home. Glover Properties has developed lasting relationships with many of their sub-contractors including their frame crew, trim carpenter and plumber. This allows Glover Properties to provide the same high quality construction on every new home they build.
Q. What kind of warranty comes with the home?
A. Every new home built by Glover Properties comes with a one year builder’s warranty. The warranty claims process is administered in-house.
Q. Does your builder have a program in place to address warranty issues?
A. Glover Properties employs two full time superintendents, one of whom is dedicated to resolving warranty issues in a timely manner.
Q. Check your builder’s reputation with the Better Business Bureau.
